2.Q: What if I can’t log into my account?

3.Q: How do I change my personal information such as email, shipping/billing address by myself?

Yes, you can change and update your personal information by visiting your Account Dashboard.

4.Q: How do I delete my account?

We are sorry to see you go, but if you want to delete your account, contact us at winniedress@gmail.com to tell our customer service your request, we will help you delete it. Please be aware that once your account is deleted, all of your account details, including your saved favorites and checklist items, will be deleted and unable to be restored in the future.

5.Q: How do I use my wishlist?

1) Simply click "ADD TO WISHLIST" as you browse products on Winniedress.

2) Access your Whishlist from the link at the top of our website or within your Account.
